WE ONLY SELL THESE AT THE FARMERS MARKET! Thokku is a special fermented chutney/sauce we make in the tamil culture. We use it as a condiment or marinade. They take any dish to the next level.    Examples: Mix the tomato with plain rice (now you have flavoured rice) Think about the onion with a charcuterie board or a cheeseburger  The coriander on some sourdough bread with an egg on top
