I started Hey Ma as a way of introducing my mum to you.
You even know her name now, Hey + Ma = Hema!
(But you can call her Mum or Aunty)
We started this as a small project we could work on together, as I've been away from home for over five years.
We fight, we laugh, but we get to stay in touch more and have fun.

My Mum's vision is simple. She wants to promote her culture, her cooking and her love of health and fitness!
My vision is a little different… I want to see my mum quit her job and work for herself full time. She has always had an entrepreneurial spirit and it's time for her to make her dream a reality. I'm just here for the ride.
