Thokku

Thokku is a special fermented chutney/sauce we make in the South Indian culture! You can use it as a condiment or marinade imagine Sandwiches, Rice, Curry, Chips, Veggies, Charcuterie boards, Burgers Tomato is our classic flavour  Onion is a caramelized onion kind of vibe (awesome with burgers & anything with cheese)  Garlic is SUPER garlicky, it tastes amazing if you like garlic (pairs well with KFC) Spicy is our Regular Tomato but we just add more chilis, its manageable but packs enough of a punch if you're looking for a challenge Coriander - this is my (the son) favourite. It is the GOAT for me. If you like coriander you're going to love this. I use it on everything i don't care and DARE I SAY FIRST OF ITS KIND! nothing else like this on the internet
